I start now with footballia I don,t know how I can now a lot about old football
thank you very much for your wonderful work
Billy Wright is really good.
Buen partido de Yashin
This website is amazing. But it would be good to have also the 1954 World Cup (the first world to be broadcasted on tv).
That we know of, no full copies exist of any matches from the 1954 World Cup.
This is pure history. I feel I just travelled to the past. I'll show this to my grandpa. Thanks Footballia!!
We're so happy that you can show it to him! We wish more grandpas could enjoy this collection! It's our pleasure, we try our best!
LOL. At 1:50 the ref stops the game and orders the photographers ever so slightly further from the goal line. Fantastic micromanagement. Wonder if that was a new rule he is enforcing or something.
Can't believe I really watched the legendary Yashin - The Black Spider! Thanks guys! <3
Ican't believe I just watched the whole game
thank you. please world cup 1934 and 1938
That would be nice. Too bad there was no TV before the 1950s. In the 1930s there was hardly even any cinema.
My favorite thing about these old timey games is the lack of refereeing. Two footed, studs up to the shin tackle="C'mon lad, shake it off."
